Hi! Maybe I'm dense: You need a player that can be launced from within your browser when you click on a remote or local file? If it can be a simple system-application, you could try sox (in every linux distro). I think it plays gsm just fine. If you need some kind of applet, that opens in your browser automagically I'm out of it. Use winamp media player with their gsm extension.
