If an agent receives a call at the same time that they're being removed from the queue, they receive that call and remain in to the queue (and will receive calls until they're able to be removed). The logic works when the call doesn't barge in on them. I guess that pausing the agent before the remove would just transfer the problem to the pausing. Any suggestions?
