asterisk users - Feb 2008 - TE412P on Intel S5000XVN and S5000VSA Motherboards

Looking for comments if Digium TE412P (32-bit 33MHz card keyed for 3.3 
volt operation) is compatible with Intel S5000XVN and S5000VSA Motherboards.

Anyone using any of these Motherboards for 3.3 volt digium cards?
