Use Queue monitor rather than Agent monitor.

agents.conf
recordagentcalls=no

queues.conf
monitor-type = MixMonitor
monitor-format = gsm

And define MONITOR_FILENAME in your dialplan

(just an example)

[macro-queues]
exten s,1,MONITOR_FILENAME=${ARG1}
exten s,n,Queue(${ARG1})
