asterisk users - Feb 2007 - Anybody using "VoiceRD" or "Thinkbright" service?

Hi Friends,

I am planning to buy "VoiceRD" software to settingup my call centre
and planning to use "Thinkbright" as VoIP provider.

Anybody using the above one or two?
If you are using any of the above, please tell me your opinions.
