asterisk users - Jan 2007 - chan_oh323 early media

Hi,

I configured openh323_v1_18_0, pwlib_v1_10_0 and 
asterisk-oh323-0.7.3.
I can call inbound and outbound.
But early media is not working in outboubd.

I am a a little confused on how to get h323 working on asterisk. Could you
please point me towards specific resources you used? voip-info.org seems to
keep me in a loop of info.
