asterisk users - Dec 2006 - 1.4 with a nortel call server 1000 running SIP (sdp headers)

Has anyone tried to get 1.4 running with a call server 1000 and SIP?
I had 1.0.X running with a call server 1000 and had to tweek the code
due to multipart SDP headers.

Has multipart SDP headers been enhanced in 1.4.
