If you have a small network it really doesn't matter. I prefer DHCP +
registrations because that way if you change your network it will keep on
working, however if you had alot of phones connected the registrations might
bog down Asterisk, however if you get to that volume you should probably
consder using something else, or at least putting an SER box in front of
your asterisk.
