asterisk users - Sep 2006 - 7940 vs. 7941

Any pros / cons on getting one over the other ? I was wondering what the 
main differences were.

New phones (7941) support 802.3af POE.  Old phones only Cisco special 
POE.  New phones don't work with old SIP images.  Only new unified 
SIP/SCCP images.

New phones have a higher resolution display.  New phones have some 
lighted buttons.

Others have had better luck, but I haven't had any luck getting the 79x1
series to work with Asterisk.  Maybe I just haven't invested enough time
since I only have one 7961 and the rest are 7960s.
