asterisk users - Sep 2006 - trying to understand siprealtime & nat/MWI issues

Hi

I am trying to understand why, if you don't use realtime users caching, the
NAT & MWI doesn't work with realtime sipfriends.

Is it because the code responsible for that doesn"t work with realtime yet,
or is there another thing I am missing?
