asterisk users - Sep 2006 - Huh? An ilbc frame that isn't a multiple of 50 bytes long from RTP (4)?

Has anyone seen this before?

I found a bug tracker http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=6333 talking
about this, but didn't really understand why it happened and how to
correct it.

Any suggestions?
