asterisk users - Jun 2006 - direct a call to a busy channel

Hi,

I am looking at a scenario where i have a person on an extension for an
indefinite amount of time and i would like to see if there is anyway that i
send a call to that extension and to the person by giving a beep sound and
then the voice should be placed in that specific channel. The channel would
be most probably SIP.

Any ideas or comments??
