You are obviously running SVN trunk Asterisk, not a released version.
This incompatibility was announced on the asterisk-dev mailing list
before it was committed, and it will not be fixed until later this week
when the APIs in the development branch settle down.
If you are going to run a bleeding-edge development version of Asterisk,
you need to stay on top of the asterisk-dev mailing list (and the
commits list as well), and you should know the proper places to ask
questions like this (primarily the IRC channels).
I would seriously suggest switching your systems back to 1.2.x releases
of Asterisk; the development branch is undergoing substantial
modifications right now and is not likely to be production-worthy until
the release candidates for 1.4 are made in a month or two.
