[Asterisk-Users] Disable timeout for answered queue calls?
When our tech support answers a call from Queue() and puts the caller on hold, after 5 minutes the Queue() exits and they are dumped back out. How can I prevent this? I want our tech support people to be able to put callers on hold as long as needed. -Dan
