asterisk users - Mar 2006 - invoking a macro doesn't work

This seems to be an easy thing to do and I have done it before but for 
some reason....

I know I have a 's' with a priority of 1, yet that is what it appears to
be telling me does not exist.

Any ideas what is causing my macro not to start?
