Yep, and create a entry in sip.conf
Like,
[gateway-ams]
type=friend
context=pstn-incoming-ams
host=192.168.20.250
dtmfmode=RFC2833
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
and edit extensions.conf with this entry
[pstn-outbound-ams]
exten => _0X.,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@192.168.20.250)
