asterisk users - Feb 2006 - a recipe for compiling asterisk 1.2.4 with h.323 support

Hello list,
as likely most of you, this morning I have compiled my fresh 1.2.4 with  
H.323 support.

I have prepared a "recipe" of the compilation process so that maybe it
can
