asterisk users - Dec 2005 - Cisco 7941 difference

Does anybody know what is difference between Cisco phones that end with 1 and 0
(7970 vs 7971; 7960 vs 7961 and 7940 vs 7941)? So far, as I could see and read,
only difference is that button which you choose channel, lights on when is
activated. Are there any other difference?

Models that end with GE have Gigabit Ethernet port.

The 7941 and 7961 are based on the same hardware as the 7970. They run a
Java based GUI like the 7970, and have a higher resolution screen. I
don't believe the 7971 differs in any important way from the 7970.

SIP firmware is not available for the 7970, 7971, 7961, or 7941.
