asterisk users - Dec 2005 - Hardware combination and type of asterisk configuration

Hi all,
 
I'd like to set up a box  with asterisk and the following cards in it :
 
- one E1 card (from digium)
- one Junghanns OctoBRI
 
My question is :
 
1) Is it possible such a configuration ?
 
2) Because of the Junghanns card, I will have to use the bristuff
package, but I'd like to know if this package will also work for the
digium card ?
