asterisk users - Nov 2005 - SIP response 481, SIP client

Hi all

I am using Asterisk 1.2.0 on debian sarge, and linphone as client.
I get this message at regular interval:

-- Got SIP response 481 "Subcription Does Not Exist" back from
192.168.0.117

..117 is me.

Everything seems to work fine, however. Does anyone has a clue?

Is there a SIP client for gnome other than linphone?

A SIP client for Linux/X11, you mean. Sarge has basically linphone and
kphone, and both aren't very good. I used mini-sip for a while and later
on moved to use iaxcomm as my main testing soft-phone. Both are not in
Sarge, but can probably be re-built from Sid packages. I put my own
rebuild of iaxcomm for Sarge in
