Hi, I had this card working in an asterisk box, but switched it to a smaller one. When I booted the new box, the card didn't work and all I got was this: Freshmaker version: d9 00 != 19 01 != 19 02 != 19 03 != 19 ... ... ... fc != d9 fd != d9 fe != d9 Freshmaker failed register test wctdm: probe of 0000:00:0c.0 failed with error -5 So I put the card back in the old system and didn't work either. Any idea what went wrong? Is the card damaged or is there any chance to have it working again? -- Best Regards, Bruno Seoane

This is especially important if your area is cold and dry. As for fixing it, try reseating the modules. If that does not work, possibly you can have it replaced by Digium. Thanks, Steve
There is posibility that you have damaged the card with static electricity. You should always make sure your hans are grounded to the chassis when touching cards. Anyway, Take some clean alhohol and wach all connector on the PCI card. Also remove the sub-cards and do the same. The connectors do collect a thin layer of dirt that migh make cause a card not to connect on all pin's etc. jan Bruno Seoane wrote:>Hi, > >I had this card working in an asterisk box, but switched it to a smaller one. > >When I booted the new box, the card didn't work and all I got was this: > > >Freshmaker version: d9 >00 != 19 >01 != 19 >02 != 19 >03 != 19 >... >... >... >fc != d9 >fd != d9 >fe != d9 >Freshmaker failed register test >wctdm: probe of 0000:00:0c.0 failed with error -5 > > >So I put the card back in the old system and didn't work either. >Any idea what went wrong?
