Hello, Does anyone have any information on configuring app_icd (or know of any way to do it with the dialplan) that would allow a user holding in a queue to hang up, and have the system call them back when their place in line comes up next? I can (obviously) allow them to '0' out to voicemail or something, but I can only find vague references to app_icd and 'OrderlyQ' for doing what I want to do... Anyone? Bueller? ;-) Thanks tf.
