asterisk users - Oct 2005 - D-Link DG104S firmware upgrade for flash funcionality on *

Hy guys,
    I'm trying to upgrade the firmware of this gateway to get the flash
digit work. Whit my version of firmware the flash signal is interpreted on
Asterisk as the number 1, so I'm looking for a firmware upgrade to solve the
problem. I read on this list that some of you had the same problem and solve it
upgrading form the Fw 3.0B35 to the 3.0B44, but the link they refer to is now
broken.
May be some one have the file and can mail it to me or point me to the right
link.
I need to upgrade two types of  DG104S gatways:
    Hardware revision C1
    Boot 3.0B14-C
    Firmware 3.0B35-C
and
    Hardware revision D1
    Boot 4.0-B09
    Firmware 4.0-B28
all with the same problem.
