asterisk users - Oct 2005 - Interface with ability to originate call

Hi all,

Is there an interface like Flash Operator Panel which allows to transfer or
to originate calls from Outlook  contact database.

I would also make transfer directly to voicemail and to transfer callers to
music on hold.
