Team, I have an asterisk server that is running AMP. I have a DID configured to go into a queue, then failover to queue2, then failover to an extention. That extension has voicemail configured on it. I have a number of extensions in each queue, and none of them are active. So in theory it should fail over to voicemail at some point. Where are the fail over time outs or do I have my theory wrong?
