I'm currently using the Linksys PAP2, and since there's a shortage I'm looking for different devices. I'm mainly looking at the Sipura SPA sets since they are the base of the pap2. Anyone else have experience using them, and which one? Thanks Sherwood McGowan -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... I used to think that, but now that I have a Polycom IP300 on my desk, the slightly higher cost is well worth it. -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Benjamin Amezcua Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2005 4:22 PM To: 'Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion' Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] Sipura Devices and Asterisk? I have very good experience with different Sipura devices SPA 2100, SPA 2000, SPA 3000 and 841. Very flexible configuration, stable and good quality. Is there any open(unlocked) devices which have wireless router with built it VOIP ports ? Thanks, Karun. -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com]On Behalf Of Benjamin Amezcua Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2005 1:22 PM To: 'Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion' Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] Sipura Devices and Asterisk? I wasn't comparing it to the IP Adaptor. He said "Sipura Sets" and I took that to mean the sipura handsets like the SPA-841. -Jonathan -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Benjamin Amezcua Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2005 4:51 PM To: 'Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion' Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] Sipura Devices and Asterisk? It is not possible to compare an IP phone with an IP adaptor. Can you use the Polycom IP300 to send faxes? or use it like a cordless phone? -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Jonathan k.
