[Asterisk-Users] bristuff-0.2.0-rc8f-cvs does not work with TDM400P
Hi, A note for people spending hours to get ISDN equipment work together with Digium TDM equipment.... I have 1 OctoBri and 1 TDM40B and tried bristuff-0.2.0-rc8f-cvs. modprobe qozap works well, but modprobe wctdm does not find a board. (while wctdm works fine with zaptel-cvs-head) So, I just copied .../zaptel-cvs-head/wctdm.c to .../bristuff-0.2.0-RC8f-CVS/zaptel, did make linux26, make install and modprobe wctdm found my board again. I now have a working version with both OctaBRI and TDM40B. Fyi, my /etc/zaptel.conf loadzone=nl defaultzone=nl # octaBRI span=1,1,3,ccs,ami bchan=1-2 dchan=3 span=2,1,3,ccs,ami bchan=4-5 dchan=6 span=3,1,3,ccs,ami bchan=7-8 dchan=9 span=4,1,3,ccs,ami bchan=10-11 dchan= 12 # TDM40B fxoks=13-16 Commands: # modprobe qozap # modprobe wctdm # ls -l /proc/zaptel total 0 -r--r--r-- 1 root root 0 2005-08-18 12:30 1 -r--r--r-- 1 root root 0 2005-08-18 12:30 2 -r--r--r-- 1 root root 0 2005-08-18 12:30 3 -r--r--r-- 1 root root 0 2005-08-18 12:30 4 -r--r--r-- 1 root root 0 2005-08-18 12:30 5 # cat /proc/zaptel/* Span 1: ztqoz/2/1 "quadBRI PCI ISDN Card 1 Span 1 [NT] (cardID 0) Layer 1 DEACTIVATED (G2)" 1 ztqoz2/1/1 Clear 2 ztqoz2/1/2 Clear 3 ztqoz2/1/3 HDLCFCS Span 2: ztqoz/2/2 "quadBRI PCI ISDN Card 1 Span 2 [NT] (cardID 0) Layer 1 DEACTIVATED (G2)" 4 ztqoz2/2/1 Clear 5 ztqoz2/2/2 Clear 6 ztqoz2/2/3 HDLCFCS Span 3: ztqoz/2/3 "quadBRI PCI ISDN Card 1 Span 3 [TE] (cardID 0) Layer 1 DEACTIVATED (F3)" 7 ztqoz2/3/1 Clear 8 ztqoz2/3/2 Clear 9 ztqoz2/3/3 HDLCFCS Span 4: ztqoz/2/4 "quadBRI PCI ISDN Card 1 Span 4 [TE] (cardID 0) Layer 1 DEACTIVATED (F3)" 10 ztqoz2/4/1 Clear 11 ztqoz2/4/2 Clear 12 ztqoz2/4/3 HDLCFCS Span 5: WCTDM/0 "Wildcard TDM400P REV I Board 1" 13 WCTDM/0/0 FXOKS 14 WCTDM/0/1 FXOKS 15 WCTDM/0/2 FXOKS 16 WCTDM/0/3 FXOKS Are there people with a similar configuration who want to share their experiences ?
