asterisk users - Jul 2005 - Enter numeric value to use as a parameter

Can anyone please tell me how I can enter a 6 digits value to use as a 
parameter in a url called by curl ?
The problem is not the curl setup, but how do I make the setup in 
extensions.conf, so I can retrieve the number the users enters ?
