asterisk users - Jun 2005 - Cannot find module (NET-SNMP-EXTEND-MIB)

I am using Asterisk 1.0.7. When running the console in asterisk -vvc
mode I get warnings about:

No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
Cannot find module (NET-SNMP-EXTEND-MIB): At line 0 in (none)  

Is there any way to correct this warning.  What am I missing that I
need to install?
