Is iaxtel down?
 
Ive been getting this:

    -- IAX2/Iaxtel-12 is circuit-busy
    -- Hungup 'IAX2/Iaxtel-12'

is it down or am I doing something wrong?

Its been doing that for months. No one is actually maintaining the site.

Anybody can recommend a IAX2-native IP phone?
Preferably buyable online..
