Anyone have an opinion about these guys and their recent performance? I need some local DIDs and they provide for my area code.... Can someone tell me exactly when the CDR is written to the CSV (or recorded in the mysql DB if the plugin is being used)? I'm using the AGI to do some lookups, etc. when the call starts, but need to do things after the call is done, before the context is exited, but AFTER the CDR is written. But I haven't found any good documentation on exactly when that is. Thanks much, Nathan
initially great response, but then sub-par customer service. The DIDs they provided me would be staticky and often drop out -- and it wasn't my internet connection, because other providers worked just fine, as did outgoing calls. I'm not even bothering with them anymore, just letting my balance run out and not replenish it. -----Original Message----- From: Wiley Siler [mailto:wsiler@education2020.com] Sent: Wednesday, May 11, 2005 3:55 PM To: Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion Subject: [Asterisk-Users] IAX.CC/SixTel Anyone have an opinion about these guys and their recent performance? I ordered a 973-XXX-XXXX and 585-XXX-XXXX DID from them on 2/3 and 2/7 of this year respectively. Their customer service portal still lists these orders as "pending" though they told me back when I ordered them that provisioning would happen "within 1 business day". This seems to be par for the course: You'll get a DID and poof, it's gone! Nobody answers the phone and nobody responds to tickets. For example: http://www.sixtel.net/tickets/view.php?ticket=xojnikrapqofyaspej -Steve Wiley Siler wrote:> Anyone have an opinion about these guys and their recent performance? > > I need some local DIDs and they provide for my area code?. > > Thanks, > Wiley > > > >------------------------------------------------------------------------ > >_______________________________________________ >Asterisk-Users mailing list >Asterisk-Users@lists.digium.com >http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users >To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: > http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users >
I also ordered from them, and called immediately to follow up. They got the DID done in 5 mines. But this was in March or so. I noticed that they must be using the same carrier as Voice pulse....all the numbers were the same. -Darren ________________________________ From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com on behalf of Kerry Garrison Sent: Thu 5/12/2005 11:44 AM To: 'Alfredo Manrique'; 'Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion' Subject: RE: [Asterisk-Users] IAX.CC/SixTel I ordered two weeks ago, they charged my CC, still nothing, trouble tickets never answered, emails never answered, phone is never answered, money has not been refunded yet. -Kerry -----Original Message----- From: asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] On Behalf Of Alfredo Manrique Sent: Thursday, May 12, 2005 6:17 AM To: BJ Weschke; Asterisk Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion Subject: Re: [Asterisk-Users] IAX.CC/SixTel Same thing happend to me.
