I have an issue where when an agent answers a call from a queue and places the caller on hold the caller hears no MOH and the agent hears congestion. When a call is placed on hold that is not from a queue MOH works fine. The hold is the SIP hold feature on the phone, not a park. the music on hold is set to default for agents, queues.
