As far as I know, Asterisk doesn't support QSIG. Do you 
_have to_ use QSIG?

I'd just use a PRI interface (DTU-PH IIRC) to connect to 
Asterisk with a sutable PCI card in the server.

Yes, we have to use QSIG directly with Asterisk or througt the Alcatel. So,
Asterisk will be able to handle H.323 to redirect to correct SIP users?

Asterisk has rudimentary support for Q.SIG.  Call setup and teardown
works, along with a few of the the more basic features.  Check the
sample zapata.conf from CVS-HEAD.

I think there is q.sig support in libpri. It may be avialable to bristuff 
as well.
