No I couldn't get D to work, I was getting fed up with this so for the hell of it I just put a bunch of w's in the middle of the dial string and low and behold it worked. i.e. exten => 109,1,Dial(Zap/g1/6525798wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww109|30|r) With this many w's it takes ~ 3 rings for our other phone system to pick up and tell me that it is transferring me to the desired extension on that system.
