asterisk users - Apr 2005 - Which free calling card app most suited for commercial use?

I'm working on an * billing system, and instead of reinventing the
wheel I would prefer to use an existing codebase for the calling card
portion.  The two that look most promising are astcc and the * prepaid
billing application that uses postgresql.

Any comments?
