Is it possible to have on the same machine an ISDN Fritz Card and a TDM400 with two FXO ports? If so, is there any place I can find instructions to configure it? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Just insert both cards into different slots an configure each card according to the instructions. In the dialplan you have to specify which card to use to dialout and there to forward incoming calls. Thanks for your reply, my doubt rest on the fact that there are two ways of configuring it: One using the Bristuff from Junghanns and the other using CAPI. Is there any major difference/advantages to one or the other? p.s. I can't find instructions on how to configure bristuff besides what comes with the package. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Hi Robson, We are using a 4 port Eicon Diva Pro BRI ISDN with a TDM400P with four FXO ports. We are using CAPI with the TDM400P and everything works fine most of the time. We are having periodic problems where the call quality completely falls apart for all in-progress calls and we have yet to diagnose this and resolve it, but at present we suspect that it may be a timing issue related to the TDM sharing and interrupt or something like that. We have found CAPI great so far, although there was a complete lack of help (through this list or through the IRC channel) when we were trying to set it up, seemingly because not many people use it. Let me know if you want copies of config files, etc. D. Damian, thanks for the support. Until now I have had no success with all the kernel compilations, ISDN CAPI Utilities etc. I am almost there but it sucks. Wouldn't be a better way just to simply do it withouth having to spend so much time with it? SO far I am having trouble compiling the FRITZ PCI stuff and getting fcpci.o to show up.I just froze the remote instance so I guess only tomorrow now.;( I will keep you posted of my progress and thanks for the drivers, when I get there I might need them. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
