Some questions: What country are you in? Is there anything else connected to the line from the PSTN? It sounds like you have a marginal condition, such as insufficient loop current perhaps. Do have any features, such as call waiting, on the line? Do you know how far you are from the central office? Do you have another line you can switch to and try the same card? Does the Red alarm occur at the moment the call is disconnected, or afterward? Answers: --I am in Bangladesh. --No there is nothing else connected with my PSTN line. But, in future that line would be connected with the Fax simultaneously. -- No call waiting feature on the line. But in zapata configuration this feature is true. -- Sorry I didn't get that question. --Yeah I have other two lines and I have checked with those lines with the same card. Same thing happens for those. -- The Red Alarm occurs when I am connected and having conversation with other party. Thank you
