asterisk users - Apr 2005 - X100P call keeps ringing and ringing

Hi Asterisk users here is the sigue

 

While making or receiving a call through X100P card time on time the * rings
the IP extensions cause I have a Forward configured in the dialplan, and
when I uncomment the Voicemail options in the dialplan it doesn't matter if
I'm still in a call, the voicemail starts recording the conversation.

 

Is this a configuration problem??? I've tested * 1.0.3, 1.04, 1.0.6 and
1.0.7 and I have the same behavior in all of them, please help me with this,
it's really annoying.
