Which version of spandsp are you using, current versions check on ASTERISK_VERSION_NUM and handle the callerid accordingly. Some time ago the makefile changed, but yours seems fine for that as you are carrying CCFLAGS through, ensure that you're running a recent copy (and that you've also copied not just the spandsp but the apps as well). If you are getting an error with "callerid" in your build, try searching the code (app_rxfax.c) and replace the occurances with "cid.cid_num".
