asterisk users - Mar 2005 - I get "is on the phone" when the client is logged out

Hi,

I have the following setup:

Fedora Core 3
Asterisk CVS-HEAD-03/21/05-16:41:57
One  wcte11xp

I?m working on voicemail and I have a question:

All users on the "inside" use SIP. If I call user 111 from 222 and
user 111 is not logged in to Asterisk i get the "is on the phone"
message from the Voicemail. My voice mail setup looks like this:

exten => 111,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@111,10,tr)
exten => 111,2,VoiceMail,u111
exten => 111,102,VoiceMail,b111

Should I not get "user is unavailable" when the user is logged out?
