Can they ping the box successfully?
Do they have enough bandwidth?
Are you seeing ANY failed or successful registrations?
You can change the SIP port in your SIP.CONF, though I don't know if you
can use both ports at the same time. Perhaps. Worth reading the wiki to
see.
