connection in very old countries)?

Another thing: u have idea if it is working on Microsoft Windows OS? As most
of clients here are using Microsoft and not linux.

to see a codec comparison.
You can try iLBC and Speex on DIAX.

GSM Codec is 13k plus overhead. That may work?

Using iLBC you get the best results on low bandwidth connections with DIAX.
