asterisk users - Jan 2005 - how to config call waiting and three way calling

Hi All,

 

I have configure Asterisk Server A and Asterisk Server B. Both Asterisk
connected by IAX2 don't have digium card.

 

And I have clients connect between both Asterisk servers. 

 

I want to know about how to config call waiting and three way calling
between any client via both Asterisk Server? and I don't want to have digium
card.

 

It's possible to config that? And what I must have to config files? 

 

Anyone can help me.
