asterisk users - Dec 2004 - Does anybody use a video phone ?

I got a lot of questions to the video phone.

a. Which phone do you use?
b. How is the quality? on the LAN / over the Internet?

OT: I would like to find a add on program, that can change the 
background (e.g., blue) to something else ("Hi boss, I am in Paris")
