asterisk users - Dec 2004 - Can't Make Outgoing Call

Hi,

I can't get dial-out working. I'm trying to call 523936. Is there 
something wrong with my setup here? Could someone please give me a few 
pointers?

I found out that I need to replace

exten => _8.,3,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@fwd.pulver.com,70)

May I ask why? context fwd is defined in sip.conf as follows
