[Asterisk-Users] HasNewVoicemail does not find voicemailbox, but files exist
Hi, the app HasNewVoiceMail can't find my voicemail. This is the errormessage: Dec 3 14:24:01 NOTICE[12222481]: app_hasnewvoicemail.c:104 hasvoicemail_exec: Voice mailbox 25 at /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/25/(null) does not exist however this is the output of lspbx:~# ls -l /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/25/ total 316 -rwx------ 1 root root 11814 2003-11-22 18:18 busy.gsm -rwx------ 1 root root 114604 2003-11-22 18:18 busy.wav -rwx------ 1 root root 11695 2003-11-22 18:18 busy.WAV -rwx------ 1 root root 2277 2003-11-22 18:18 greet.gsm -rwx------ 1 root root 22124 2003-11-22 18:18 greet.wav -rwx------ 1 root root 2271 2003-11-22 18:18 greet.WAV drwx------ 2 root root 4096 2004-12-03 13:29 INBOX drwx------ 2 root root 4096 2004-12-02 21:53 Old -rwx------ 1 root root 11385 2003-11-22 18:18 unavail.gsm -rwx------ 1 root root 110444 2003-11-22 18:18 unavail.wav -rwx------ 1 root root 11241 2003-11-22 18:18 unavail.WAV Any idea what is wrong? extension.conf 999 => 1,HasNewVoiceMail(25) (I tried @default as well, same result) pbx*CLI> show version Asterisk CVS-HEAD-08/13/04-12:00:00-BRI-stuffed-0.1.0-RC4a built by root@pbx on a i686 running Linux Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Those file permissions could be wrong? Mine are liked:- -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9339 Nov 17 09:47 busy.gsm -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 6765 Nov 17 09:47 greet.gsm drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Dec 2 23:31 INBOX -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9339 Nov 17 09:47 unavail.gsm Not sure if thats it though.
