asterisk users - Nov 2004 - Broadvoice Patch issues

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of busy signals after this patch?  ie 
Broadvoice becomes disassociated with asterisk..

After the broadvoice patch I am getting busy messages also on call in.

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of busy signals after this patch?  ie
