asterisk users - Oct 2004 - backgrounddetect command - what about busy

I found the backgrounddetect command. I am having 50% usefulness from it .
I am still playing with the parameters.

My question is this. Can there be a monitoring of BUSY signal for this 
command also?

When placing a call I want to know someone answerd the call and if the 
call is busy.
