The wiki shows that the Queue() applicaton has an announceoverride option. I think this may be useful to me. Does anyone know what it does ? Thank you, Steve Maroney

This may be a stupid assumtion, but I thought that it allowed you to override that default announcement. So that you can have your agents here a specialized announcement depending on your dialplan. Look in the sample queues.conf and you will see a line for announce Basically, announecoverride will allow you to override the announcement for a queue or add one to it in the first place.
