asterisk users - Oct 2004 - asterisk compile with Fedora core 3 test 2 FC3T2

I just downloaded today and tried FC3T2.
Install went fine selected the normal kernel development package.

After install I went to compile asterisk.1.0.0 in the normal manner.
and get compile errors. I tried to do a "ln -s /lib/modules/2.6.8-1.541 
/usr/src/linux-2.6"
and that did not fix the situation either.

Any ideas?

I was on the right track but missed the full link
it should be "ln -s /lib/modules/2.6.8-1.541/build /usr/src/linux-2.6"

That wil do it I think.
